Print Recommendations

For the strongest finished model, use:

• 1 × 3mm threaded rod (345mm long)

Slicer Settings

To ensure the model prints correctly:

• ✅ Enable Thin Walls in your slicer settings.

Note: The wall thickness at the base of the blade is intentionally thin. This section sits securely inside the handle during assembly, so it will not affect the strength of the finished prop. Please refer to the included work-in-progress images for reference.

Assembly

The knife is designed for straightforward assembly.

Scabbard

The scabbard is supplied in multiple parts and should be:

1. Glued together.
2. Reinforced using a plastic heat weld (recommended).
3. Wrapped in faux leather for an authentic finished appearance.
