Assembly

The sword has been engineered to accommodate threaded rods for a strong, rigid finished prop.

Reinforcement

For best results, use:

• 1 × 6mm threaded rod through the handle and extending into the blade.
• 2 × 4mm threaded rods running along each side of the blade into the crossguard.

This reinforcement greatly improves the structural integrity of the finished sword.

Printer Requirements

Important

The supplied files have been pre-sliced to fit a Creality CR-10S Pro.

Because of the sword's impressive size, the completed prop measures approximately 1.8 metres in length.

If your printer has a larger build volume and you would prefer unsliced files, simply get in touch and they can be provided separately via Dropbox or another file-sharing service.
