Assembly

The model has been designed to accommodate a combination of threaded rods, providing increased rigidity and a more realistic weight once assembled.

Reinforcement

For the strongest finished prop, use:

• 4mm threaded rods
• 6mm threaded rods

Adhesive

For the best results, it is strongly recommended to assemble the model using a high-strength two-part epoxy adhesive. This provides a much stronger bond than standard super glue and helps ensure long-term durability.

Print Recommendations

Pommel

While the entire model is designed for FDM printing, the pommel contains fine details that will look especially sharp if printed using a resin printer.

Resin printing the pommel is optional—the supplied FDM version works perfectly well if you don't have access to a resin printer.
