Bring the Tech-Upgraded Sword of Power from Masters of the Universe: Revolution to life with this epic full-scale 3D printable replica. Inspired by Prince Adam's redesigned weapon from the hit animated series, this enormous prop has been engineered for maximum strength and an impressive convention-ready finish.

This is not a small or beginner-friendly project.

The finished sword measures approximately:

• 📏 Length: 1.8 metres (1800mm)
• 📏 Width: 430mm

Printing, assembling, and finishing this model is a significant undertaking that requires patience, experience, and a large amount of printing time.

Estimated print time: Approximately 18 days, depending on your printer settings.

Assembly

The model has been designed with internal reinforcement to create a durable finished prop.

Reinforcement

Use 6mm threaded rods in the following locations:

• 1 × centre rod running through the handle and crossguard.
• 2 × rods running the full length of the blade.

This reinforcement provides excellent rigidity for such a large build.

Printer Requirements

Pre-Sliced Files

The included files have been pre-sliced for the Creality CR-10S Pro.

Using a smaller printer would require considerably more cuts and additional assembly.

If you own a printer with a larger build volume and would prefer unsliced files, simply get in touch. They can be supplied separately via Dropbox or another file-sharing service.

Please note: The unsliced model is very large and may require advanced slicing knowledge.

Upcoming Update

A revised version of the sword base is currently in development.

This update will provide:

• 💡 Internal space for dual NeoPixel LED strips
• Easier installation of lighting effects

Once complete, the updated files will be added as a free download for existing owners.

Print Status

The files have been carefully checked in Ultimaker Cura and all parts have been reviewed for compatibility.

Additionally, the individual components have been print-tested to ensure they function correctly.

Difficulty

⚠️ Advanced Build

This project is recommended for experienced makers.

Because of its size and print time, it is not recommended as a first 3D printing project.

If you're looking for a truly impressive centrepiece, however, this build is well worth the effort.
