Bring the brutal Handmaiden's Mace from Baldur's Gate 3 to life with this full-scale 3D printable replica.

Based on the Mace +2 reskin from the game, this imposing weapon has been designed as a large cosplay and display prop with internal reinforcement for added strength.

This is a large and challenging build.

The finished mace measures approximately:

The model is not recommended as a first-time 3D printing project unless you are ready for a larger challenge.

Assembly

The mace has been designed to accommodate:

• 1 × 6mm threaded rod running through the handle and partially into the pommel

For attaching the blade sections to the upper handle, it is strongly recommended to use:

• High-strength two-part epoxy adhesive

This will provide a much stronger and more durable finished prop.

Printer Requirements

Pre-Sliced Files

The included files have been pre-sliced to fit a Creality CR-10S Pro.

Printer requirements:

• Largest component length: approximately 280mm
• Suitable for large-format FDM printers

If you require an unsliced version, please get in touch and I can provide the files separately via Dropbox or another file-sharing service.

Finishing Recommendations

Leather Grip

The leather detailing is not modelled into the files and the grip area is intentionally left smooth.

For the best finished appearance, it is recommended to wrap the handle using:

• Faux leather
• Real leather
• Other suitable grip materials

This will create a much more realistic and premium-looking finish than printed detail.

This is a large project requiring:

• Significant print time
• Multiple parts
• Assembly and finishing work

While the files are designed to be straightforward to build, this is best suited to makers with some previous experience.
