The finished sword measures approximately:

• 📏 800mm long

For taller users, it is recommended to scale the model up by approximately:

• 125%

This will create more accurate proportions for a larger build.

Assembly

The sword has been designed for additional strength using internal reinforcement.

Required Threaded Rods

Use:

• 1 × 6mm threaded rod through the handle and partially into the blade
• 2 × 4mm threaded rods running along the sides of the blade and into the crossguard

This creates a much stronger and more rigid finished prop.
