Assembly & Reinforcement

The sword has been designed to accommodate internal reinforcement for a stronger finished prop.

Required Threaded Rods

Use:

• 1 × 6mm threaded rod through the handle and partially into the blade
• 2 × 4mm threaded rods running along the sides of the blade and into the crossguard

This provides additional strength and rigidity once assembled.

Printer Information

Pre-Sliced Files

The included files have been pre-sliced to fit a Creality CR-10S Pro.

If you require an unsliced version for your own slicing setup, please get in touch and I can provide the files separately via Dropbox or another file-sharing service.

Finishing Recommendations

Handle

The handle is intentionally modelled as a smooth surface rather than including a printed leather texture.

For the best finished appearance, it is recommended to wrap the handle using:

• Real leather
• Faux leather
• Other suitable grip materials

This will provide a more realistic and premium finish compared to printed texture.
