Assembly & Reinforcement

The sword has been designed with internal reinforcement to create a stronger finished prop.

Required Threaded Rods

Use:

• 1 × 6mm threaded rod (220mm)

• Runs through the handle

• 2 × 4mm threaded rods (710mm)

• Run through the blade

The blade reinforcement rods sit securely inside sockets built into the crossguard for improved stability.

Assembly Recommendations

For the strongest finished build, it is recommended to use:

• High-strength two-part epoxy adhesive

This is the method used during assembly and provides a strong, durable connection between the blade and crossguard.
