Assembly & Reinforcement

The sword has been designed for additional strength using internal threaded rods.

Required Threaded Rods

Use:

• 1 × 6mm threaded rod

• Runs through the handle and partially into the blade

• 2 × 4mm threaded rods

• Run along the sides of the blade and into the crossguard

This reinforcement system helps create a stronger and more rigid finished prop.

Printer Information

Pre-Sliced Files

The included files have been:

• ✅ Pre-sliced to fit a Neptune 3 Plus
• ✅ Prepared for FDM/filament printing

If you require:

• An unsliced version
• The blade split into smaller sections for a smaller printer

Please get in touch and I can provide adjusted files.

Scabbard Finishing

For maximum strength and a more realistic finish, the scabbard should be:

1. Glued together
2. Plastic heat welded
3. Wrapped with faux leather

This process greatly improves durability and creates a more authentic appearance.
