Assembly & Reinforcement
The sword has been designed to use threaded rods for additional strength.
Required Threaded Rods
Use:
- 2 Γ 3β4mm threaded rods
- 1 Γ 6mm threaded rod
These provide additional rigidity and support throughout the finished build.
Important Assembly Advice
Due to the tight internal design:
- Take care when inserting and tightening the threaded rods
- Wind the rods in slowly to avoid excessive friction
- If possible, use running water while fitting the rods to help prevent overheating of the plastic parts
This will help protect the printed components during assembly.
