Assembly & Reinforcement

The sword has been designed for internal threaded rod reinforcement to improve strength and rigidity.

Required Threaded Rods

Use:

• 1 × 6mm threaded rod (500mm long)

• Runs through the handle and into the blade

• 2 × 4mm threaded rods (920mm long)

• Run along the blade and into the crossguard

Pre-Sliced Files

The files have been:

• ✅ Prepared for large-format printing

If you require an unsliced version, please get in touch and I can provide the files separately via Dropbox or another file-sharing service.
