Sword Assembly & Reinforcement

The sword has been designed to accept internal reinforcement rods for improved durability.

Required Rods

Use:

• 1 × 6mm threaded rod

• Runs through the handle and pommel

• 2 × 4mm rods

• Run from the blade into the crossguards

This creates a strong finished prop while maintaining a realistic feel and manageable weight for cosplay use.

Handle Finishing

The handle has intentionally been designed with a smooth surface.

This allows you to customise the finish using:

• Faux leather wrapping
• Real leather wrapping
• Other grip materials

This will provide a more authentic appearance than printed texture.

Chakram Information

The Dark Chakram is designed for:

• Large build-volume printers

If required, it can be:

• Split into smaller sections for easier printing

File Information

Please note:

The file size is larger than expected because a subsurface detail modifier was applied before final optimisation.

This should not affect printing, but the file will be corrected and optimised in a future update.
