The model includes two blade versions:

Reinforced Internal Structure

To ensure the sword remains strong at full scale, the design includes an internal reinforcement system using threaded steel rods.

Required Threaded Rods

Use:

• 1 × 6mm threaded steel rod (500mm long)
• 2 × 4mm threaded steel rods (815mm long)

These rods run through the core of the sword and provide:

• Increased rigidity
• Improved durability
• Better handling and transport strength

Handle Finishing

The handle has been intentionally left solid.

This allows you to customise the finish using:

• Real leather wrapping
• Faux leather wrapping
• Decorative cord/string detailing

This creates a more authentic final appearance than printed surface textures.
